116 oz bagfrozen cornthawed and pat dry
1/4red onionchopped
1/2red bell pepperchopped
1cucumberchopped
1/4red cabbagechopped
1/4cupcilantrochopped
1/4tsppaprika
salt & pepperto taste
Dressing
1avocado
1tsppaprika
1/4tspgarlic powder
1limejuiced
2green onions
salt & pepperto taste
water as needed to thin

Mix everything together in a big salad bowl.
Dressing
Combine all ingredients in a blender, adding water as needed to blend or reach desired consistency. Be careful not to add too much though, as the flavor will dilute the more water you add.
