Easy Ketchup Sauce Tofu (Vegan, Gluten-Free)
This ketchup sauce tofu is vegan, gluten-free, easy to make, and comes together in under 30 minutes! Great for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

16 oz block
firm tofu
1
tbsp
olive oil
1/4
cup
ketchup
2
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
3
tbsp
water
1/2
onion
chopped
2
garlic cloves
minced

tsp
soy sauce, or tamari if gluten-free
1/2
tsp
mustard
dash of pepper
Instructions
Cut tofu into cubes or triangles. Brush with oil and air fry at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by combining remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until onions are translucent, stirring constantly.
Coat tofu in sauce. Serve immediately or let tofu marinate in sauce until ready to eat.
