Rinse and trim green beans. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add in green beans and boil 3-5 minutes, until tender. Drain with a colander and rinse under cold water to prevent further cooking. Chop into thirds.
Mix remaining ingredients together until fully combined. Add more water as needed to reach desired consistency.
Mix sauce with green beans and sprinkle a few extra sesame seeds on top.
*Can replace with more toasted sesame seeds. Grind up all 3 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds until fragrant and slightly powdery.
